I’ve spent 17 years working in education as a teacher, curriculum and instructional leader, professional learning leader, and implementation partner. I’ve led complex projects, built programs and systems from the ground up, supported teams through change, and helped turn big ideas into practical plans that people can actually use.
That experience has given me a broad view of how schools work, from the day-to-day realities of classrooms and teams to the larger systems, processes, and initiatives that keep an organization moving.
About Lucera Education
Throughout my work in schools and partnering with education consultants, I saw the same pattern again and again: strong ideas, committed people, and important priorities, but not always enough time or dedicated capacity to carry the work through.
I started Lucera to help fill that gap. The goal is not to add complexity or hand over another set of recommendations. It is to provide both big picture vision and practical support to help your school or organization achieve your goals and spend more time focused on creating strong, meaningful experiences for students.
Just as importantly, I believe the best support should make the work feel clearer and more manageable, not create another layer for your team to maintain. My approach is collaborative and flexible. Every school is unique, so let's find the solution that works for you.
